Cancellation charges
We understand that there are times when plans change and you may need to cancel you appointment and where possible we will always try our best to rearrange a suitable time and date to carry out the work.
However, any cancellation notice which is within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of a minimum of £30.
